The exalt sings a pleasing lullaby and any baby or young child within earshot will be lulled into a peaceful and rest-filled sleep. At the ST's discretion this charm may also help adults to sleep if they are in pain or ill.

The exalt exudes an almost imperceptible perfume from her skin, one that is most pleasing to the senses of those around her. This charm only works in relaxed social situations like parties. The exalted may add a number of dice to all socialise rolls equal to her permanent Essence score, but not exceeding her Socialize ability. This works equally well on either sex.

By letting Wood's essence of youth and vitality flow through his body, the Exalt can enhance his natural good looks. His movements become endowed with the natural grace and beauty of youth. He may add his permanent Essence in dice to a socialise roll for the purpose of seduction.

The user of this charm makes her voice become sweet and entrancing. She makes an Appearance + Socialise roll, and the target makes an opposed Willpower roll. The target's successes negate the Exalt's successes on a one-for-one basis. If the Dragonblood achieves 3 total successes then the target is unable to break off from a conversation with the Exalt and will dismiss other distractions with irritation. No-one save the Dragonblood will be able to gain the victim's attention, and they will listen rapt to whatever the Exalted one has to say. This doesn't provide any extra powers of persuasion to the Exalt. This charm will only work in a relaxed social situation, but whilst it lasts the target will pay no attention to his surroundings at all. Any violent physical actions will end the effect. Imminent danger like burning rafters falling nearby will also break the effect, but the victim will ignore all spoken warnings.

When sunlight falls the flowers of the Realm bend their heads and curl up for the night to conserve their energy for the following morn. Those in tune with the Essence flows of nature can tap into the last gentle flow at dusk, and distribute it amongst a gathered audience. This Charm is used at the climax of a performance, which can be shaped to suit the needs of the performer. All are variations on a theme, one of nature and harmony, tailored to suit the performer's skills. When activated the plants in the vicinity seem to glow and sing. Exotic perfume permeates the area, gentle bells ring and the very petals of the flowers shine with iridescent lights. The player must make a Charisma + Performance roll, and achieve 5 successes. Each member of the audience then gains a number of motes equal to the permanent Essence score of the player. Mortals instead gain a point of Willpower. This Charm is only effective on audiences fewer than 100 in number, and there must be a large number of plants nearby (e.g. a garden). Those experiencing the effect of this Charm usually report a feeling of mild euphoria, and it is much loved at Cynis parties.


Lunar

Territory is important to Lunar and spirit alike, and this charm provides a Lunar with knowledge about a spirit's domain. The Lunar makes a Perception + Occult roll and can sense the general properties of a spirit when inside it's domain. The actual data gathered depends on the successes rolled. One success identifies an elemental or spirit, two successes indicates the elemental aspect or broad type of spirit (murder, crops, etc). With three successes the Lunar can tell the general power-level of the spirit and with five successes the Lunar can recognise individual spirits. This charm can also be used to inspect creatures or items touched by a spirit's power, which includes blessings, curses and attacks. The difficulty is increased depending on the strength of the power used, but it is usually at least a difficulty 3 task.
